Check in directly from your home or office computer. For the ultimate in convenience and service, we offer guests the option of online hotel registration 48 hours prior to arrival. No waiting in line at the check-in desk ... your key will be waiting for you in the reception area and your suite ready, so you can go directly to your suite and start to enjoy your holiday immediately!

In addition, you may preview pictures of your reserved suite category (resort location, the interior and the view from the balcony/terrace) by means of a virtual map offering 360° tours of each suite category. Guests can also elect to upgrade to a higher suite category directly online, and Royal Service guests may select and assign their own suite during the online check-in process (THE ROYAL in Cancun only available for Royal Jrs Oceanfront and up categories). Mexico's first online check-in service also allows guests to pre-advise the hotel of any special requests or special occasion notations.
