Method of Payment:

We accept Visa and Master card. If you do not have a Visa or Master card you can send us a wire transfer to our bank in Miami or a Certified check to our Atlanta Office.

Billing Policy

Hotel Reservations:

• Reservations Deparment will charge your credit card once the confirmation number for your reservation is issued.

Tours & Transportation:

• Reservations will be charged to your credit card when submitted and reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Hotel Reservations:

• Due to credit card fees, the equivalent of 10% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 15 or more days prior to the arrival date.
• Minimum 2 nights charge for reservations cancelled 14-1 day prior to arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 24 hrs prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
• Some hotels may have specific cancellation policies for reservations during Christmas, New Year and Easter Week. Please request further details when booking.

Tours & Transportation cancellation:same as above.
