Massages

• RELAX: This light massage using gentle rocking motions and long soothing movements helps alleviate accumulated stress and tension as well as promote circulation.
• DEEP TISSUE: This therapeutic massage focuses on the deeper muscles and connective tissues, applying breath and deep tissue techniques together to achieve a profound release.
• SPORT: A deeper massage focused on the mobilization of the joints and connective tissues, promoting improved circulation and speeding up recuperation time from exercise.
• CITRUS SALT GLOW: A perfect blend of salt and citric essential oils to nurture and calm inflammation. This cure is followed by an energizing massage.
• MAYA MUD & SUN: A special mud that comes from the Maya Zone helps feed the skin, as well as reduce inflammation in tissues and joints. The body is massaged with the mud, and then allowed to sun dry for a detoxifying effect.
• SUN RELIEVER: Cool, soaked oatmeal and aloe to help reduce the stinging sensation and heal the burn, followed by a refreshing application of organic aloe gel.

SPA SERVICE RESERVATIONS: As available for walk-in appointments, we suggest making reservations at least one day in advance.
